§ 11. Acceptance by grantee; effective date; term.


Latest version.
  • Written acceptance of this ordinance shall be filed by the grantee with the clerk of the Town of Carencro within 15 days after its passage, it shall become effective 30 days after the date of its passage and shall run and extend for a period of 60 years from October 1, 1972.

    The above and foregoing ordinance was read and adopted, section by section, then placed upon final passage as a whole.

    Adopted and approved this 2nd day of October, 1972.
