§ 6. Service rules and regulations.

Be it further ordained by the mayor and board of aldermen of the Town of Carencro, Louisiana, that Gulf States Utilities Company shall have the right to adopt and make effective, from time to time, reasonable rules and regulations providing for the terms and conditions of service in the Town of Carencro including the right to demand deposits, to make charges for installations and to prevent or permit, on such terms as it may establish, the resale of electric current by Gulf States Utilities Company's customers.
