§ 10-33. Inoculation required.

Before the parish health officer shall register any animal of the canine species, he shall be presented by the owner or any person having possession of the animal with a certificate certifying to inoculation, signed by a licensed veterinarian, showing that the animal has been inoculated on some date previous thereto which shall render the animal immune for the period of registration as provided in this article.
