§ 14-1. Violations; penalty.

Failure to comply with any one or more of the provisions of this chapter shall subject the violator to a fine of $100.00 for the first offense, $200.00 for the second offense, $300.00 for the third offense and $500.00 for any such offense subsequent thereto.
