§ 30-123. Drainage design criteria.
Design Storm Event
The drainage systems for the following development categories, uses, and infrastructure categories shall be designated and evaluated for the following designated storm events:

Channels shall not be incorporated into a storm water management facility
Or such lesser minimum design storm event as determined by the city.
