§ 34-3. Historical district established.

  • (a)

    The historical district is hereby defined as any property adjacent and contiguous to East St. Peter Street by a depth of 100 feet or the rear property line of the property adjacent and contiguous to East St. Peter Street, whichever depth is less.

    (b)

    Amendments of this chapter may be made as necessary in the future to provide authority to so adopt rules and regulations governing the erection, demolition, removal, new construction, and refurbishing of structures located within the designated historical district, and to provide for standards dealing with the characteristics of property in the historical district and generally therefor.
