§ 46-91. Review of site plans.

Site plans for new parks and/or subdivisions or the expansion of or additions to existing parks and/or subdivisions shall be reviewed by the department of planning, zoning, and codes of Lafayette Consolidated Government, which shall consider the minimum standards for improvement and development as set forth in this article.
