§ 50-2. Discharge of firearms at indoor shooting ranges.

There is specifically excepted from the provisions of this Code of Ordinances and the Model Municipal Criminal Code of the city the discharge, firing, or the causing to be discharged or fired of any firearm within the confines of a regularly and properly licensed and supervised indoor shooting or indoor firing range situated within the city.
