§ 58-36. Construction site debris; toilet facilities.

  • (a)   

    Disposal of construction and demolition debris. The owner of a building being erected or repaired, or the job contractor, shall provide for storage in a metal container (for example, a dumpster) and prompt removal of all construction building or repairing debris, solid waste or industrial refuse resulting from the job. No such debris shall be placed on the neutral ground for collection unless the proper arrangements have been made between the contractor and the owner.

    (b)

    Toilet facilities for construction workers. Toilet facilities (i.e., Port-O-Let or comparable) shall be provided on all construction sites and shall be maintained in a sanitary condition for the use of construction workers.
