§ 66-4. Adoption of administrative rules; amendments.

Latest version.

The city may, from time to time, adopt, amend, and publish rules and instructions for the administration of this chapter to the end that the public be informed and that approval of plats be expedited. This chapter may be changed or amended by the city after public hearing, due notice of which shall be given as required by law.
