§ 66-135. Expiration of plat approval.

All approvals granted by the planning commission and the conditions therein, if any, are for a period of one year. The commission may, upon receipt of written request from the subdivider or his authorized agent prior to the expiration date of the plat approval, extend this term of approval for any time period not to exceed an additional 12 months (one year). Thereafter, the commission may extend the approval for such periods as it deems fit and proper.
