§ 66-154. Request for variance.

All persons desiring to secure a variance to the provisions of this chapter must submit a written request at the same time and along with other materials required to be submitted with plats under article II, division 2 of this chapter, citing the specific facts or reasons why such a variance is needed or necessary.
