Street lighting shall be installed by the subdivision developer along the streets
of any and all subdivisions, whether such subdivisions are developed as residential,
commercial or industrial, with said street lighting to be installed in accordance
with the general practices, guidelines and/or specifications required by the particular
entity which provides electrical power to the subdivision in question and in compliance
with all applicable building, electrical and other applicable codes and sound construction
and engineering standards and practices. The subdivision developer shall complete
the installation of all street lighting, as prescribed herein above, prior to submission
of the final subdivision plat to the council for approval.
