§ 66-482. Setback along major thoroughfares.

Properties adjacent to designated major thoroughfares must have a front building setback from the adjacent major thoroughfare right-of-way of not less than 25 feet. When such lots side on a major thoroughfare, a side building setback of at least 20 feet must be provided. In those instances where such lots back on a major thoroughfare, a rear building setback of not less than ten feet will be required.
