§ 66-671. Request for abandonment.

All requests for the abandonment of any alley, right-of-way, street, servitude or easement in favor of the city shall be submitted to the city. The city shall be charged with the responsibility of providing the applicant by mail with all the information relative to meeting dates, abandonment requirements, objections to the abandonment and any other information which may be pertinent to the application.
