§ 6-76. Sales to underage persons.

No person holding a retail dealer's permit under the provisions of this chapter and no servant, associate, representative, agent or employee of the permittee shall, upon the licensed premises, sell or permit the sale of or serve beverages of either low or high alcoholic content to any person under the age of 21.
