§ 6-84. Persons under 18 playing billiards in premises of retail dealer.

No person holding any retail dealer's permit required by the provisions of this chapter, or any of his servants, agents, or employees, shall, upon the licensed premises, permit the playing of pool or billiards by any person under 18 years of age, or permit such a person to frequent the licensed premises operating a pool or billiard hall.
