§ 78-1. Exclusion of city from underground utilities and facilities damage prevention law.

In accordance with the provisions of R.S. 40:1749.19, the city hereby declares that it does not desire to be included in R.S. 40:1749.14 (regional notification center) or under the provisions of the Louisiana Underground Utilities and Facilities Damage Prevention Law, R.S. 40:1749.11—40:1749.22, as enacted by Act 923 of 1988.
