§ 78-81. Rates.

The water and sewer rates charged by the City of Carencro for use of such services, for both residential and commercial users, shall be determined in accordance with section 78-5 of this chapter and adjusted from time to time as is considered necessary and appropriate by the mayor of the City of Carencro, with such recommended adjusted rates to take effect upon presentation of a resolution detailing such rate adjustments to the Carencro City Council, and approval of same by said council.
