§ 62-9. Operation of wheeled vehicles on sidewalks.

The operation of wheeled vehicles on sidewalks, except baby carriages, strollers, wheelchairs and motorized scooters used by persons with disabilities, bicycles and skateboards are hereby prohibited.

First-time violators shall be fined $50.00 and second offenders shall be fined $75.00.
