§ 66-513. Identification and designation on plat.

Latest version.
  • All reserves must be labeled and identified on the plat and a description of the use intended for such reserve must be noted. If the use of the reserve is not restricted for any specific use, the reserve must then be identified and noted as being unrestricted. All reserves are to be identified and designated by alphabetical letters, not numbers, along with an indication as to the total acreage of such reserves, which must be shown within each reserve boundary.
