§ 66-512. Public street access.

  • Reserves established on any subdivision plat must have frontage on and be immediately adjacent to at least one public street, with such frontage being not less than 60 feet in width. In those instances where the average depth of an unrestricted reserve is more than 300 feet, such reserve access to all adjacent public streets must be separated by a one-foot reserve placed within the adjacent street right-of-way as provided for in section 66-275, which will be automatically removed upon the approval and recording of a suitable development plat of the property within the reserve.
