§ 74-78. [Vehicles with more than three axles prohibited from traveling or parking along Railroad Avenue.}

[It] shall be unlawful for any person to operate or to park any vehicle having more than three axels, including any vehicle commonly recognized and/or designated/identified as an "eighteen wheeler" tractor-trailer combination vehicle (a vehicle which, with its trailer, contains more than three axels and a total of 18 wheels), along, on or upon Railroad Avenue, with the exception that, in the event special circumstances require such vehicular traffic along or upon Railroad Avenue, permission for said travel shall be obtained from the city administration prior to engaging in same.
