§ 78-201. Electricity.

  • An underground electrical distribution system and other utilities, including, but not limited to cable t.v. lines, telephone lines, fiber lines, etc, shall be provided in all residential and commercial subdivisions in accordance with the standards of the electricity or other utility provider to the city for the area being developed. In industrial subdivisions, the electrical distribution system may be placed above or below ground as determined by the needs and proposed uses of the subdivision.
