§ 11. Employee evaluation.

  • A.

    The performance of each employee shall be evaluated periodically by the appropriate department head, or, in the case of department heads, by the mayor. Such evaluations will be made a part of the individual employee's personnel file, and the evaluations will be considered as part of any personnel action process.

    B.

    The evaluation of all employees shall be on forms approved by the mayor and the council.

    C.

    Each employee shall receive a copy of his evaluation.
